What grooming services do you offer?
Carol offers a full range of services for dogs: nail clipping, full bath, groom, and complete groom and style. Whether your dog needs a quick tidy or a head-to-tail transformation, there's a service to suit — all delivered one-on-one, at your dog's own pace.
What is the Hydro-surge bathing system?
The Hydro-surge is an advanced bathing system that combines warm water with an air massage — so your dog gets a thorough, relaxing wash rather than a straightforward spray-down. Combined with the finest quality shampoos, it leaves coats soft, shiny, and wonderfully clean. Many dogs find it genuinely calming.
My dog is elderly or has mobility issues — can you still groom them?
Yes — absolutely. The salon is built with older and infirm dogs in mind. Both the grooming table and bath are electrically height-adjustable, and Carol has a ramp to assist dogs who find jumping up difficult. The floor is non-slip throughout. If your dog needs a slower, gentler session, that's exactly what Carol is here for.
When are you open?
Carol takes bookings Wednesday through Sunday, from 9am to 5pm. The salon is closed Monday and Tuesday. Appointments are essential — walk-ins are not available, as each session is reserved specifically for your dog.
How do I make an appointment?
All bookings are by phone. Call Carol on 0403 107 058 during salon hours (Wed–Sun, 9am–5pm) to arrange a time. You can also reach her by email at carol@groovygroomers.com.au. There is no online booking portal — a quick call is the easiest way to get sorted.
Do you groom cats?
No — Groovy Groomers is a dogs-only salon. Carol specialises entirely in dog grooming, which means every service, every piece of equipment, and every ounce of experience is focused on giving dogs the best possible experience.
What payment methods do you accept?
VISA and Mastercard are both accepted at the salon. Cash may also be available — give Carol a call if you have a question about payment before your visit.
Where is the salon?
The salon is at 44 Black Forest Road, Werribee, Victoria 3030 — a purpose-built home salon with a sliding-door frontage and a fenced artificial-turf yard. Look for the Groovy Groomers decal on the glass door. Carol can provide directions if you need them when you call.
