Hi — I'm Carol, and this is my life's work.

My name is Carol and I am a professional dog groomer. Grooming dogs is my full time job — and has been since 2013. I offer a full range of services from nail clipping through to full bath, groom and style.

Whilst salons in the large pet superstores are all about speed and turnover, I will groom your dog at their own pace and allow ample time for its treatment. Every dog that comes through my door is handled gently, patiently, and with full attention — never hustled through to make room for the next appointment.

My salon is a relaxed and friendly environment with heating and cooling throughout. I use an advanced Hydro-surge bathing system which gives an air massage whilst washing — combined with the finest quality shampoos to give coats a soft and shiny finish.

Built for your dog's comfort and safety

Every detail of the salon has been chosen with your dog's wellbeing in mind — the equipment, the surfaces, the layout.

Height-adjustable table & bath

Both the grooming table and the bath are electrically height-adjustable — so Carol can work at the right height for every dog, and no dog ever has to jump up or down awkwardly.

Ramp for elderly dogs

Carol has a ramp to assist elderly or infirm dogs — so even older hounds who need a little extra care can be groomed comfortably and safely.

Non-slip flooring & vet-grade cladding

The salon floor is non-slip throughout, and the walls are fitted with veterinary-grade cladding — keeping the space safe, hygienic, and easy to maintain.

Heating & cooling

Year-round comfort — the salon is heated in winter and cooled in summer, so your dog is never uncomfortable during their appointment.

Groovy Groomers is a purpose-built home salon at 44 Black Forest Road, Werribee — a quiet, friendly space where nervous or elderly dogs can relax rather than rush.

The walls carry framed dog-watercolour portraits. Scooby-Doo keeps watch from the shelf. Outside, a fenced artificial-turf yard gives dogs a bit of fresh air before or after their session.

The salon is equipped with an overhead dryer, a full wall of quality shampoos, and everything Carol needs to give your dog a first-rate groom in a space that feels welcoming — to you and your dog both.
