While the big pet-superstore salons are all about speed and turnover, Carol grooms every dog at its own pace — giving it ample time and full attention from start to finish.
Carol's salon is not a production line. Each appointment belongs entirely to your dog — groomed at whatever pace feels right for them, never hurried along to free up a table.
Heating and cooling to keep every dog comfortable. An advanced Hydro-surge bathing system that gives an air massage while it washes. The finest shampoos for a soft, shiny coat. An electric height-adjustable table and bath, a ramp for older or infirm dogs, non-slip flooring, and veterinary-grade wall cladding.
Carol holds certificates in Professional Dog Grooming, Companion Animal Services, Introduction to Canine Myofunctional Therapy (Dog Massage), and Dog First Aid. Fully insured, and grooming full time since 2013 — certificates proudly on display at the salon.

The salon
Groovy Groomers is a purpose-built home salon at 44 Black Forest Road, Werribee — a calm, friendly space where your dog can relax rather than hustle. The walls carry framed dog-watercolour portraits. Scooby-Doo keeps watch from the shelf. The yard outside has a fenced artificial-turf area for a little fresh air before or after a session.
Every detail of the fit-out exists for your dog's comfort and safety: an electrically height-adjustable grooming table and bath so Carol never has to lift a dog awkwardly; a ramp for elderly or infirm dogs; non-slip flooring; and veterinary-grade wall cladding for easy hygiene.
